For an order, we may collect your name, phone number, required email address, delivery address, PIN code, selected combo, order reference, payable amount, Cashfree payment status, payment method category, transaction ID, and bank reference where provided by the payment network. We also keep transactional-email delivery state, provider message identifiers, and delivery, bounce, or complaint metadata needed to operate and support those messages.

If you contact support, we may collect your message, email, call note, complaint, image, and resolution record.

We may process IP address, device or browser information, page events, and basic logs for site security and performance. With your consent, analytics cookies may collect site-use information.

We use data to create and fulfil orders, confirm Cashfree payments, send payment-confirmation, fulfilment, tracking, paid-cancellation, and invoice communications, provide protected order status and support, handle refunds or replacements, prevent fraud and duplicate payments, maintain legal records, protect the site, and—where you consent—measure analytics or marketing.

We cannot fulfil or communicate about an order without the required order data, including email. Transactional order email is required for that purpose and is not marketing consent. WhatsApp order updates are a separate, optional choice; this release records that choice but does not automate WhatsApp messages. You may refuse optional WhatsApp, analytics, or marketing consent, or withdraw it later. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing completed before the withdrawal.

Where necessary, data may be processed by Supabase and the site hosting provider; Resend, which receives the recipient email and minimal message content for transactional order email; Cashfree and participating banks or payment networks, which receive the email, name, and phone needed for payment; the assigned local courier; an invoice or accounting provider; a customer-support provider; GA4; and Meta Pixel. Each provider should receive only the information needed for its role.

Customer email does not pass through n8n or Telegram; those remain a separate founder-alert path. A copy of every transactional order email, including any attached invoice, is also sent to VAISHNIM SONS LLP's own order inbox so the team has a record of what was sent. WhatsApp receives order data only when you separately opt in or initiate contact, and this release does not automate WhatsApp order messages.

If analytics tools are enabled in production, consent controls and provider details must match this notice.

We keep order, payment, invoice, transactional-email outbox and provider-delivery logs, support, food-safety, and grievance records only as long as needed for applicable law, tax, accounting, service support, fraud prevention, or disputes. When that need ends, data is deleted, anonymised, or securely archived.

We use access controls, secure hosting, limited staff access, and operational checks. Email-service secrets and raw provider API or webhook payloads are not retained as customer records. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Payment credentials are entered on Cashfree, not stored by Virasat. We do not collect card or UPI credentials, your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, or banking password.

Under applicable data-protection law, you may request a summary of your personal data, ask for correction or updating, request erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, and appoint a nominee where eligible.

Virasat checkout is designed for orders placed by adults. A minor should order through a parent or lawful guardian.

Contact customer care with a privacy grievance. We will first acknowledge the request and try to resolve it. After completing the applicable process, you may use an available channel of the Data Protection Board of India.
